필리핀 이민국(BI, Bureau of Immigration)에서는 9G 비자를 취득하기 위해 다음과 같이

신청 서류를 안내하고 있습니다.

1. 초청 레터 (Joint letter request addressed to the Commissioner from the applicant and the petitioner)

2. 비자 신청서 (Duly accomplished CGAF for Non-Immigrant Visa)

3. 유효 여권 (Photocopy of passport bio-page and latest admission with valid authorized stay)

4. 고용 계약서 사본 및 계약과 관련된 일체의 서류 (Photocopy of Employment Contract, Secretary’s Certificate of Election, Appointment or Assignment of applicant, or equivalent document, with details of exact compensation, duration of employment and comprehensive description of the nature and scope of the applicant’s position in the company;)

5. 회사 세금납부증명서 및 재정 감사 보고서 (Photocopy of petitioner’s latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with the corresponding proof of payment)

6. 외국인 취업허가증 원본 (Photocopy of Alien Employment Permit (AEP) issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE))

7. 고용주 회사의 외국인 직원 및 필리핀 직원수에 대한 공증된 증명서 (Notarized certification of number of foreign and Filipino employees from the petitioning company)

8. 이민국 승인 확인서 (BI Clearance Certificate)

9. 법인 사업자에 해당 할 경우, 증권거래위원회(SEC)등록 증명서, 정원, SEC에 접수된 해당 연도의 일반 정보 시트(For Corporations or Partnerships, photocopies of the following: i. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate of Registration; ii. Articles of Incorporation;, iii. General Information Sheet (GIS) for the current year stamped received by the SEC), 개인 사업자에 해당 할 경우, 산업통상부(DTI) 사업자 등록 증명서, 시장 허가증 (For Single Proprietorships, photocopies of the following: i. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Certificate of Registration of Business Name; ii. Mayor’s Permit; )
